Role Description:
This full-time on-site role as a Guest Services Associate at The Kingsbury, Colombo, involves providing outstanding guest service, managing reservations, and facilitating communication between guests and staff.
- Excellent customer service and guest service skills
- Experience with reservations and keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve challenging situations
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
- Preferably, prior experience in the hospitality industry
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field
