Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in marketing/management or equivalent professional qualification.
- 1-2 years of work experience as a telemarketing executive in the Insurance/BPO industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to conceptualize, communicate, and fulfill visions.
- Capacity to remain respectful, particularly when speaking to disgruntled customers.
