Job Description
Overview
The primary role of a technical writer is to optimize the use of Cambio’s products for customers. Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Leaders to ensure product and service benefits are maximized and meet ISO standards for MedTech products.
Pre-Requisites
- Produce and maintain user documentation as per plan
- Analyze and update documentation for new functionalities
- Contribute to user documentation creation and adhere to publication plans
- Support colleagues in documentation creation
- Ensure documentation quality aligns with guidelines
- Work cooperatively in a multi-disciplinary team
- Embody Cambio values
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 1 year of similar role experience
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and organize tasks
- Excellent social skills and customer focus
- Experience in leading sub-projects
