Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage technical training initiatives aligned with company needs and technology trends.
- Identify training needs with department leads and HR to address skill gaps.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Assess training outcomes using feedback and performance metrics.
- Oversee LMS and e-learning platforms for continuous learning support.
- Keep training content relevant by staying updated on industry and technology trends.
- Provide coaching and mentoring for employee development.
- Prepare reports on training impact for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years in technical training or leadership with curriculum development experience.
- Strong knowledge in software, cloud technologies, or DevOps.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
- Experience in IT or software development industries.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
