Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of department objectives delivery
- Communicate with clients for up-skilling programs
- Perform skill gap analysis and drive skill bridge programs
- Construct and complete Career Development Programs (CDPs)
- Report insights to the management team
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments for skill requirements
- Build foresight on prospect pipeline and skill demands
- Prepare annual training plans and budget
- Introduce changes to training programs based on technology landscape
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer or physical science
- 5+ years of training and development experience
- Expertise in LMS and assessment systems
- Strong coaching, mentoring, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to develop training paths for targeted technology mix
- Passionate about elevating human skills and helping colleagues grow
Optional:
- Multilingual capabilities and strong network with training partners are a plus
