Our client, MOSIACHR PEO (Private) Limited, is seeking a Technical Support Agent to provide expert knowledge and assistance to the Indian market. This role involves delivering exceptional technical support via phone and email, with full training provided.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients through phone and email with technical support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Hindi (required) and strong English communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn; training provided.
- Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to LKR 100,00 (based on experience and qualifications)
