Job Description
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Proven track record in sales and business development roles, preferably in the technology sector.
- Experience working with End User Computing (EUC) solutions and technologies.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the EUC market.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and timely issue resolution.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of computer technicians and support staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to clients’ needs.
- Provide technical expertise during pre-sales consultations and product demonstrations.
- Monitor KPIs related to technical support operations and customer satisfaction.
