Job Description
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Understanding various ticket categories, monitoring productivity metrics, managing SLAs, assessing DSAT, handling reopened tickets, validating resolution notes, and updating customer-visible columns.
- Recognizing team members with rewards in a timely manner.
- Providing support to IT Technology Partners as needed.
- Handling attendance closure, shift roster, and crisis management.
- Ensuring compliance with Information Security and Business Continuity requirements.
- Conducting monthly meetings with team members and managing reports and records.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc. in Computer Science/Information Technology or a relevant qualification from a recognized university.
- Certifications in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, CCNA, Information Technology Infrastructure Library are advantageous.
SKILLS REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Office 365, and Adobe Cloud Products.
- Highly self-motivated with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
