Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Technical Service Engineer with expertise in solar string inverters to provide exceptional support and service, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical service support for sales team
- Assist customers in fault analysis and troubleshooting
- Analyze data to improve accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Communicate product problems to relevant departments
- Provide on-site support and training
Job Requirements:
- Background in electricity & electrical engineering
- 2+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy
- Strong communication skills and customer service awareness
- Fluency in English
