Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Source and interview applicants through online channels like LinkedIn
- Create job descriptions and interview questions
- Implement sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes
- Assess candidate CVs, portfolios, and references
- Lead Employer Branding initiatives and recruitment events
- Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of talent acquisition experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting and various interview techniques
- Proficient in social media, CV databases, and LinkedIn Talent Solutions
- Skilled in documenting processes and staying updated with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Experience with SAP recruitment
