Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter at Rizing in Colombo. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent, conducting interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
- Experience in technical talent sourcing and recruitment (Min 2-3 Years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Success Factors and SAP recruitment experience will be an added advantage
