Responsibilities
- Manage task processes for onboarding/offboarding with minimal business impact.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal staff, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Escalate information appropriately to management and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain configuration guides and documentation.
- Provide feedback to improve procedures and knowledge base.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with JIRA or project management tools.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of Databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Proficiency in running queries and using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in IT.
