Job Description
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research customer goals and scenarios to enhance user experience and drive innovation.
- Conduct competitor analysis for identifying trends and differentiation opportunities.
- Fill product gaps with creative solutions to boost market share and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design technical solutions.
- Develop detailed product requirements and prototypes aligning with business goals.
- Work with engineering and QA teams for quality product delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in product processes based on feedback.
Competencies and Skills:
- Expertise in software requirements engineering and formal methods.
- Proficiency in relational database design, SQL, and ER diagrams.
- Experience in scaling web applications using key technologies.
- Skills in wireframing, UI prototyping, and using Figma.
- Understanding usability principles, heuristics, and conducting usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills across various formats.
- Knowledge of Agile development principles and data analytics.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with incomplete information.
Requirements:
- MBA, business degree, or relevant certifications.
- An IT qualification or strong technical background.
- Minimum two years of experience as a product manager in SaaS, preferably in cloud-based upgrades.
- Experience in Agile environments and managing product lifecycles is a plus.
