Job Description
Position: Executive – Technical Operation

Embark on a journey of change with MAS by joining the Active Technical team as an Executive Technical Operation. This role would enable you to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes, with a focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to organizational standards and develop technical samples to manage bulk production effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Liaise with suppliers for raw materials.
- Participate in the sampling stage for new styles.
- Organize pre-production meetings with the team.
- Analyze and address production issues.
- Coordinate with the team to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards.
Knowledge and skills:
- Degree or Diploma in Textiles or related field.
- 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Good Analytical skills.
- Good IT literacy.
