Job Description
Dialog Network Services (Private) Limited is seeking a Technical Officer for the Western Region at Balummahara Depot. The role involves attending and rectifying BSS, Transmission, and Power related breakdowns, maintaining communication with the NOC for updates, and ensuring 24×7 availability for urgent maintenance requirements.
The ideal candidate should have NVQ/IVQ Level 5 qualification in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must for this position.
Key responsibilities include attending development works, maintaining project progress updates, identifying areas for improvement/cost reductions, and managing depot resources efficiently.
