Job Description
Dialog Network Services (Private) Limited (DNS), a subsidiary of Dialog Axiata PLC, specializes in offering network operations and development services to enhance digital connectivity in Sri Lanka.
The Job
- Attend and resolve breakdowns in BSS, Transmission, and Power within depot area
- Maintain communication with NOC for critical incident updates
- Available 24/7 for urgent maintenance
- Execute preventive actions to avoid service disruptions
- Ensure timely completion of routine activities with quality adherence
- Participate in development works and update Project Manager on schedule variations
- Conduct UAT/commissioning of sites before handover
- Provide progress updates on projects to management
- Identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
- Maintain up-to-date site details and information
- Manage depot resources effectively
The Person
- Qualification: NVQ / IVQ Level 5 in Telecom, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent
- Or NDES/HNDE/NDT in Telecom, Electrical, Electronics/Diploma in Technology/Advanced Telecom Diploma
- Excellent interpersonal skills
