Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Officer at Mobitel located in Colombo. The Technical Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, customer service, and utilizing analytical skills in day-to-day operations. Some remote work is acceptable in this role.
Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Technical Support
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Knowledge of mobile technology and telecommunications
