Job Description

Our client, Versatile3SIX0, a key player in the Sri Lankan construction sector, is on the lookout for capable Technical Officers to bolster their on-site teams. This role offers a thrilling chance for individuals with technical prowess and hands-on experience to supervise construction activities on-site and uphold top-notch quality standards in project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily construction tasks to ensure timely completion, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance within scope.
• Ensure strict enforcement of quality standards, carrying out construction as per specifications, plans, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with site engineers, subcontractors, and laborers for smooth task execution.
• Offer technical guidance, troubleshoot emerging issues, and guarantee efficient project advancement.
• Conduct regular inspections, produce progress reports on work and material usage, and identify potential concerns for the Project Manager.
• Implement and adhere to safety protocols, preemptively identifying and mitigating on-site risks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• At least 1 year in a similar construction role.
• Sound knowledge of construction practices, materials, and project management principles.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a strong team-centric focus.
