Job Description
Dialog Network Services (Private) Limited (DNS), a subsidiary of Dialog Axiata PLC, offers premier network operations and development services for digital connectivity in Sri Lanka.
The Job:
- Attend to BSS, Transmission, and Power breakdowns in the depot area
- Maintain communication with NOC for timely updates
- Available 24/7 for urgent maintenance needs
- Implement preventive actions to minimize service disruptions
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines
- Coordinate development works and project updates
- Conduct site UAT/Commissioning activities
- Identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
- Maintain depot resources efficiently
The Person:
- Qualification in Telecommunication, Electrical, or Electronics fields
- Strong interpersonal skills
