Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan, oversee and manage the laboratory/workshop team
- Coordinate activities between internal and external resources for smooth workflow
- Plan, track, and monitor tasks for service engineers and technical executives
- Assist with installations, demonstrations, and repairs of lab equipment
- Maintain necessary tools, spare parts, and consumables
- Responsible for resource forecasting and meeting revenue targets
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Bio-Medical or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of chemistry is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years experience with GC/HPLC/Spectroscopy products
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electromechanical instruments
- Willingness to work long hours and travel
- Valid driving license is essential
