Job Description
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers on requirement discussions and provide solution directions
- Provide accurate effort estimates and actively participate in solution design
- Lead product development using Angular, Java, APIs, and databases
- Ensure software development best practices are followed and deliver high-quality products
- Function as a subject matter expert and initiate code reviews within the team
- Adhere to agile principles, assist in performance appraisals, and mentor team members
Pre-Requisites
- BSc in Computer Science/Engineering
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Hands-on experience in Java, Spring, SQL, and microservices
- Strong technical skills with RDBMS and NoSQL technologies
- Proven track record in providing enterprise-grade solutions
- Desire to learn new technologies and excellent interpersonal skills
