Job Description
• Resolve incidents and fulfill requests promptly
• Provide assistance to Operations for tasks requiring physical presence
• Technicians must possess technical skills in computer hardware, software, networks, and security compliance
• Act as the local “Hand and Eyes” for IT Functions in resolving technical issues
