Job Description
Onsite opportunity at Colombo 3. You will lead a team of talented software engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality secured software solutions while maintaining a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure rigorous quality assurance practices, conduct code reviews, unit tests, and automated testing processes.
- Lead the team in adopting agile development methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with the DevOps team to streamline deployment processes.
- Work towards achieving key product results and define AI strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and Symfony.
- Experience with React Native is a plus.
- 7+ years of software development experience.
