Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled Machine learning engineers.
- Set the technical vision and direction for ongoing projects and innovation.
- Ensure adoption of best practices in ML engineering.
- Architect, design, and develop end-to-end ML solutions.
- Lead by example through active participation in coding.
- Perform code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.
- Implement security measures to protect user data.
- Utilize debugging and performance monitoring tools.
- Optimize performance and responsiveness of services.
- Leverage AWS and Azure for cloud-based features.
- Apply industry-standard design patterns for scalability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM fields.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software and ML development.
- 3+ years of experience in leading/mentoring ML engineers.
- Proficiency in debugging and performance monitoring.
- Experience with ML cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, or Huawei.
- Strong knowledge of Python syntax and backend API development.
