Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively sell the destination as a holiday destination and build & maintain strong business relationships.
- Maintain quality standards in all dealings in line with SOP standards.
- Handle inquiries and complaints, manage customers’ accounts and agents, ensure problem-free customer service.
Candidate Profile:
- 03 – 05 years work experience in Travel and Tourism Industry.
- Excellent command of English language and Computer literacy.
- Good working knowledge of tourism-based operations.
- Passion for travel and profound knowledge of inbound tourism.
- Efficient response abilities, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel.
- Proficiency in German language is an added advantage.
