Job Description
Hayleys Business Solutions International (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Hayleys PLC, seeks dynamic individuals for the role of Team Leader in the Finance & Accounting BPO Operations. Responsibilities include owning SME BPO clients, operational delivery of finance services, and supporting team members. Qualifications require CIMA or ACCA finalist, 4-5 years of audit/BPM experience, and excellent English communication skills. Knowledge of XERO and MYOB is advantageous.
