Job Description
Location: Orion City
Shift: 4.30 am to 1.30 pm (Australian Calendar)
Responsibilities:
- Processing and Validating Accounts Payable Invoices
- Stakeholder management
- Handling Issues related to Accounts Payable
- Assisting the Client in Improving the Accounts Payables process
- Preparation of Payment Schedules
- Preparation of management reports and analyzing them depending on the requirement
Qualifications:
- Completion of GCE O/L and GCE A/L Examinations
- Following or completed a relevant degree program or professional qualification in CIMA / ACCA / AAT/ CMA/ CA
- 4+ years relevant experience in Accounts Payables
- Exposure to Australian AP Process and General Booking Keeping will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge and experience in Advanced Excel with analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
