Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role as a Team Lead – Social Media Marketing at Mind Plus located in Colombo. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing social media marketing strategies, leading a team of social media specialists, analyzing campaign performance, and driving engagement across various social media platforms.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Journalism, Creative Writing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role such as Social Media Analyst, Social Media Strategist, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of social media research and strategy development.
• Expertise in best practices for major social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
• Conduct research on current trends, audience preferences, and benchmarking to inform strategy and ensure effective execution.
• Establish clear social media objectives, measure return on investment (ROI) for each objective, and present results to management.
• Oversee the creation, editing, publishing, and sharing of engaging content daily, including text, photos, and videos.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all channels.
• Manage interactions with followers, address queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews to maintain a positive brand image.
• Propose and implement innovative campaigns to boost product awareness and enhance brand visibility in target markets.
• Stay informed about the latest social media technologies, design tools, and industry trends to keep the strategy current and effective.
