Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead at INDIC RMC Study Abroad located in Malabe. The Team Lead will oversee and manage a team, assign tasks, provide guidance, ensure project completion, coordinate with departments, communicate with clients, and monitor team performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and motivate team members
- Organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of the study abroad industry is a plus
