Job Description
Job Summary: The Team Lead – Digital Marketing will oversee digital marketing executives and the creative team to ensure client deliverables meet high-quality and creative standards. This role requires strategic thinking, project management, and leadership skills for successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage digital marketing executives, designers, and video editors.
- Set performance expectations and KPIs aligned with client goals.
- Conduct regular feedback meetings with team members.

Qualifications:
