Job Summary: The Team Lead – Digital Marketing will oversee digital marketing executives and the creative team to ensure client deliverables meet high-quality and creative standards. This role requires strategic thinking, project management, and leadership skills for successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage digital marketing executives, designers, and video editors.
• Set performance expectations and KPIs aligned with client goals.
• Conduct regular feedback meetings with team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
