Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meet sales/revenue targets
- Forecast, analyze sales data
- Develop customer relationships
- Handle complaints & enquiries
- Recruit, train & manage agents
- Ensure service levels & Helpdesk operations
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ BPO/Contact Centre experience
- Supervisory experience
- BSc/BA in business administration
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
