Job Description

Infomate, a dynamic subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC, Sri Lanka’s premier conglomerate. We are the BPM arm of this empire, and we’re looking for individuals who share our passion for excellence.

Location: Orion City, Colombo 09

Shift: 6.30 am to 3.30 pm / 4.30 am to 1.30 pm (Australian Calendar)

Responsibilities:

• Process Accounts Payable invoices to the ERP system
• Manage Accounts Payable mailboxes
• Handle issues related to Accounts Payable
• Perform payment reconciliations
• Calculate rebates and invoicing
• Prepare journals and perform bank reconciliations

Requirements:

• Strong accounting skills & month-end finalization skills in Accounts Payables
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in Accounts Payable
• Exposure to Australian Accounting will be an added advantage
• Completed or following a relevant degree program or professional qualification in Finance/Accounting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Advanced Excel skills with analytical capabilities
• Willingness to work according to the Australian time zone (6.30 am – 3.00 pm) and calendar
