- Experience in tea trading, procurement, and negotiation
- Knowledge of tea varieties, flavors, and grades
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Understanding of market trends and pricing strategies
- Attention to detail and quality standards
