Job Description

Talent Management Executive serves as the main contact for all employee-related matters at STREET82. Responsibilities include job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, development, and talent management to maintain a happy and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage employee relations and bridge communication
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes
• Support business growth through human capital development
• Establish HR strategies and systems company-wide
• Nurture a positive workplace culture
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems
• Maintain compensation and benefits programs
• Assess and monitor training initiatives
• Provide decision support using HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance in HR practices

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as an HR Executive
