Job Description
Location: Avissawella EPZ
Job Duties:
- To be the main point of contact for general HR enquiries from both internal and external customers, referring queries where necessary.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers, and managing orientation process.
- Manage probationary reports, maintain HR systems, personnel records, and compliance levels.
- Identify training needs, manage performance evaluations, and lead negotiations with Executive employees.
- Provide accurate HR Analytics and manage employee exit processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Business Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Process-driven and ability to establish good working relationships
