Job Description

Location: Avissawella EPZ

Job Duties:

  • To be the main point of contact for general HR enquiries from both internal and external customers, referring queries where necessary.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers, and managing orientation process.
  • Manage probationary reports, maintain HR systems, personnel records, and compliance levels.
  • Identify training needs, manage performance evaluations, and lead negotiations with Executive employees.
  • Provide accurate HR Analytics and manage employee exit processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Business Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Process-driven and ability to establish good working relationships
