Job Description
Our Client, a leading BPO Company is in the lookout for Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract top talent through an extensive network and database.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment process ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize KPIs to track recruitment metrics & optimize hiring strategies.
- Strategically source candidates to meet operational requirements by leveraging experience.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Willing to work on mid shifts (1PM – 10PM | One-way Transportation provided).
- Proven track record in building candidates pipeline and execute successful hiring initiatives.
- Preferably with work experience in a KPO/BPO industry.
- Ability to manage high volume recruitment including school leavers and candidates with diverse work experience.
