Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at GSS HR SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED located in Colombo. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Additionally, the role will require effective communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- 3+ yrs of experience in end to end recruitment
- Strong experience in full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
- Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with hiring managers
- Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best practices
- Experience in using recruitment software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
