We are seeking two enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our dynamic recruitment team at InTalent Asia. This role involves hands-on experience in recruitment processes, such as candidate sourcing and interview assistance. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels.
• Screen resumes to find qualified candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
