Role Description
This full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition – Intern role at Mind Plus in Colombo involves assisting the team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining databases, and other HR tasks. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with recruitment tools a plus
