We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team, focusing on the IT industry. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing, and headhunting for technical roles. As an intern, you will assist in identifying and attracting top IT talent while learning about the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT roles.
- Develop a strong candidate pipeline through proactive research.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and Boolean search for candidate identification.
- Conduct initial screening calls and collaborate with the team for hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Organize interviews and support employer branding efforts.
- Provide timely feedback and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
- Interest in IT recruitment with strong communication skills.
