We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team, focusing on the IT industry. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing, and headhunting for technical roles. As an intern, you will assist in identifying and attracting top IT talent while learning about the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT roles.
• Develop a strong candidate pipeline through proactive research.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and Boolean search for candidate identification.
• Conduct initial screening calls and collaborate with the team for hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.

Requirements:
