Job Role:
- Manage recruitment from staff request to candidate selection.
- Develop and execute candidate sourcing strategies.
- Perform pre-recruitment due diligence and job-related assessments.
- Advise hiring managers, craft advertisements, and nurture relationships.
- Maintain HR database, contribute to publications.
Skills and Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in HR or a related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Fluency in Sinhala and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
