Job Description
We’re seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to drive our recruitment efforts and support our company’s growth. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, source top talent, and manage the end-to-end hiring process. If you’re passionate about matching great talent with the right opportunities and excel in a dynamic environment, we want you on our team.
Proactive Talent Acquisition:
- Identify emerging talent needs and anticipate future vacancies.
- Develop and nurture candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
- Leverage networking strategies to source top talent from diverse pools.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from screening resumes to extending job offers.
- Conduct a thorough and efficient review of candidate profiles.
Onboarding:
- Oversee the smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive employee files.
- Draft essential agreements and welcome letters.
- Monitor new employee progress throughout the probationary period.
- Maintain the HRIS and ATS system to support all recruitment and onboarding activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for building a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Previous work experience in the IT industry will be an added advantage.
