Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to work closely with the line managers in supporting recruitment needs by providing expertise at all levels of the recruitment cycle.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in handling technical recruitments in the IT industry.
- Degree or professional qualification in HRM.
- Prior experience in establishing and managing relationships with universities and potential candidates.
- Experience in using social media and other channels to source candidates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and service-minded individual.
- Ability to work independently.
- Prior working experience in the IT industry is an added advantage.
