Job Description
Responsibilities
- Implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Participate in interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Coordinate pre-employment processes, including background checks.
- Promote the organization’s brand and culture to potential candidates.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure hiring effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
