Job Description
Salary package: 60,00 – 90,00 LKR

Job Duties:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong recruitment best practices and trends understanding.
- Collaboration across departments for new hire transition.
- Candidate sourcing and attraction strategy expertise.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Leadership qualities to guide a recruitment team.
- Strong analytical skills for actionable insights.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and ATS.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Admin, or related field.
- Based in Sri Lanka.
- Minimum 2 years in Talent Acquisition.
- IT/ITES industry exposure preferred.
- Full talent acquisition life cycle understanding.
- Proven positive employee relations track record.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and HR software.
- Proficient in recruitment software and ATS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
