- Technology Support
- Provide day-to-day support on various IT aspects, troubleshoot technical issues, follow up on tickets, and handle hardware/software upgrades.
- Support IT administrative tasks, including monitoring facilities, managing inventory, and creating/maintaining documentation.
- Engage in IT and office projects, escalate compliance and security issues.
Compensation: Competitive and based on skills, experience, and region.
Qualifications
- General technology knowledge in Office 365, Windows OS, Networking, Mobile Device Management, and more.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, team-oriented, able to work independently.
- Degree/diploma in IT or related field, with at least 4 years of end-user support experience.
