Job Description
- Active participation in identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues related to systems.
- Liaise with hardware vendors and third-party service providers for maintenance and repairs of systems.
- Implement operational process improvements and streamline procedures by automation.
- Proactively monitor system availability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with change, incident, and problem management processes.
- Apply patches and updates timely; recommend improvements for operational services.
- Develop relationships with clients and mentor junior engineers.
- Provide support beyond responsibilities to achieve organizational goals.
