Job Description
What you have to do:
- Implement virtualization, MS Windows Domain, Azure IAAS, Office365, security, and backup services.
- Collaborate with the Lead Engineer and Project Manager.
- Ensure solutions align with design and scheduling milestones.
- Configure systems, conduct testing, and ensure delivered solutions are scalable, secure, redundant, and reliable.
- Adhere to ITIL processes and manage project plans.
- Provide project artifacts and facilitate handovers.
What we need:
- At least 3+ years in a System Engineer role specializing in Wintel, Office365/M365.
- Expertise in Microsoft/Azure, VMWare, Citrix, and HP technologies.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and various technologies.
- Skills in project delivery, documentation, and problem-solving.
- Additional experience in Linux, log management, Azure IAAS & PAAS, etc is advantageous.
