Job Description
Key Deliverables
- Manage and maintain System, Network, and Cloud hosted services
- Responsible for endpoint protection and patch updates
- Manage Azure AD, o365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange
- Perform critical data backups and ensure data security
- Support voice and data VLANs, MPLS circuits, and VPNs
- Develop and maintain security procedures
- Plan infrastructure for new applications
- Assist in coordinating special projects
- Stay updated on technology and software changes
- Communicate clearly and document events and procedures
- Monitor compliance and manage vendors
Candidate Prerequisites
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High self-motivation and readiness for challenges
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computing
- Certification in Azure is an advantage
