Job Description

Responsibilities

• System Architecture Design:
  • Develop robust system architectures aligned with requirements.
  • Analyze system requirements and define technical specifications.
• Technical Leadership:
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the engineering team.
  • Foster collaboration and innovation.
• Project Management:
  • Plan, schedule, and execute system engineering projects.
  • Monitor project progress and mitigate risks.
• System Integration and Testing:
  • Oversee integration of subsystems and components.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive initiatives to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
• Compliance and Security:
  • Ensure systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Implement measures to safeguard data and protect against cyber threats.
• Provide Level 2 System Engineering support:
  • Provide support for escalated issues from helpdesk support staff.
  • Address level 2 system engineering issues promptly and effectively.
• Achieve Set KPIs:
  • Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain support desk service level agreements (SLAs) within agreed timeframes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system engineering.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex systems.
• Strong technical proficiency in system architecture and cloud technologies.
• Relevant Microsoft 365 certifications are preferred.
